It is an informal event with a maximum of 400 participants.

The cost of taking part is €10, all the proceeds going to the International Jigsaw Puzzle Association (IJPA), the organisers of the Puzzle Party.

There will be fifty numbered tables (1-50) with two Ravensburger puzzles per table to be completed, one 500-piece puzzle and one 1000-piece puzzle. The pieces will be mixed together and their boxes will be hidden.

Each participant will be assigned a number from 1 to 400. That is your number for the whole event. Each numbered participant will be assigned a starting table, a maximum of eight players per table. After 10 minutes you will be assigned a new table which will be visible on the big screen, and you will continue to assemble the puzzles at your new table from where the last participants left it. This process will continue every 10 minutes until all the puzzles have been completed. The completed puzzles must remain on the tables.

During the event all the puzzles will be raffled off among the participants, so 100 of the players will walk away with a free puzzle. The box will be supplied at the Puzzle Party’s conclusion.

Please inform us of any mobility issues you may have, and we will try to keep the distances you have to move to a minimum.

Also be aware that movement from table to table is required, so try to bring as few possessions as possible. The Organisation cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
